24th January	Last Session/Meeting of Constituent Assembly 2 Songs National Anthem  (Jana Gana Mana)                                National Song (Vande Mataram) Dr. Rajendra Prasad elected as the
26th January	Constituent Assembly came into force. This date was chosen to commemorate the Purna Swaraj day which was celebrated on 26th January,1928.

In all Constituent Assembly took 11 sessions, – 2 years 11 months and 18 days to develop the Indian Constitution
